Seeing what people were using our Deep V for,  we asked the bike crowds what we could do to make it even better. They wanted something a little wider that could take more punishment and be able to mount larger tires. Something in our arsenal already would do the trick – once known as the Deep V ATB, the re-released Chukker has people talking. It has all the same benefits of a Deep V – strength, durability, and versatility, adapted for larger and stronger riders, the tandem market, bike polo, and tricking in the 700c size.

Chukker 700c

The Chukker is the tallest rim that we make. Think of this rim as a much taller Dyad. With rim brake or disc brake abilities, hefty material along the structure of the rim, and a footprint that works great with 25mm to 38mm width tires, we’re talking about a strong and durable option for bike polo, gravel, commuting, pavement, and the like.

Trivia fact: At 640g this rim is the second heaviest in our line up – coming in behind the 622 Cliffhanger at a burly 675g.
