〈リア〉
・高剛性＆MICRO DRIVER COG 9Tを装着可能としたFGFS FIXED GEAR HUB。
9-14t標準で選択が可能、15t~はオプションにて作製可能。
・HUBシェル　4pc、コグ　2pc　計6pcのベアリングを採用。
・シャフトは、 14mm or 10mm Axle,  bolt type 10mm(axle Bolt)全てが選択可能。
・ホール数も32，36選択可能。
・リアHUBには、COG-DRIVERは1pc付属（9t-14tで選択可能）
・オプションでオリジナルBODYカラー（アルマイト）オーダー可能。

・高剛性を可能としたfront HUB。
・4pc　シールドベアリングを採用。
・シャフトは、シャフト・ボルトタイプが選択可能。(3/8,Axle or Axle Bolt)
・ホール数も32，36選択可能。
・オプションでオリジナルBODYカラー（アルマイト）オーダー可能。

FORCE hubをべースに、Fish & Chips the don”YSO”のイメージカラーである　”赤”を採用し、
FORCEの特徴でもある、bodyの彫り込みを、彼のイメージで表現しました。

Basic Structure
FORCE HUb was designed based on the concept of a Fixed Gear HUB that can withstand high loads.

By cutting almost all parts using a lathe , it is possible to rotate on the same core , allowing you to experience smooth rotation, and by cutting from a single lump of metal, there is no unevenness in the material. However , we were able to achieve an improvement in strength. It is different from conventional HUBs by using four sealed bearings with
a basic dynamic load rating　of 375 kgf and a double bearing of 212 kgf inside the cog , for a total of six (*rear), and by placing the bearings in a well-balanced manner on the inside and outside of the flange. High rigidity , stability , and smooth rotation were achieved. By arranging the bearings in this way, lateral and diagonal loads are not received by a single bearing, but are distributed across multiple bearings, ensuring stable and smooth rotation even during high-impact tricks. You can get it.

Also, on the front HUB side, you can feel that the front is rotating smoothly when the bike is banking or entering a spin.
*Since the impact is greatest when the speed drops to 0 due to landing, etc., we believe that rolling will reduce wear and tear on the bike and parts.

〈cog driver〉
The cog body is also machined as a single piece from chromoly by CNC.
Minimum 9t ~ can be installed .
The number of teeth is 9t-14t.
15t or more can be manufactured as an option.

<How to install the cog>

Create a convex part on the cog side and a concave part on the HUB body, fit them together (3 places), and
secure with screws and beads.

<shaft>

Manufactured from a piece of chromoly wood using a lathe.
Afterwards, it is carburized and quenched and polished to ensure accuracy.

For the bolt type, the bolts are made of chromoly (heat treated).
The inner shaft is made of duralumin.

Machined from duralumin using a lathe.

<bearing>

We use all products from Japan’s proud NTN company.
