Miles Mathia

BIO:

Miles Mathia is a former pro FGFS rider from Florida. Making waves through his Elevated Engineering video parts in 2010 and 2011, Miles became a huge name in the scene extremely quickly.

Miles began putting out content in 2010 through Elevated Engineering, a media and clothing company. Through these videos he was discovered by veteran and WRAHW captain Soil Thornton. Soil liked what they saw and soon after, invited Miles stay with them in New York to film a 3 day video. Miles was added to the WRAHW Bloodfam shortly after.

In 2011, Elevated Engineering released the Miles Mathia Vol. 3 edit. This video shook up the entire scene with technical street moves and massive dirt riding that has never been matched to this day on a Fixed Gear bike. This video elevated Miles to top rider status in the scene.

Mile’s was among the 30 chosen riders to be invited to the first annual Red Bull Ride + Style event in 2011. He didn’t disappoint with his performance and landed a 9th place finish right behind Congo. Although he was widely considered a street rider, Mile’s continued his solid performances at the next 2 Red Bull events with top 10 finishes.

The last content Miles would be involved in was the Southern Safari tour with the Loose Nuts team. While content of Miles’ riding was relatively hard to come by, this trip showed his personality and riding more than ever before. This would be the last the scene would see of his riding before he silently exited the scene.
