Miguel Zendejas

BIO:

Miguel Zendejas is a professional FGFS rider from the South Central, Los Angeles area.

Starting riding in 2011, Miguel is a seasoned veteran who has accumulated an incredible amount of never been done tricks in his arsenal. His progression of the sport has been compared to Steven Jensen and he continues to push the sport past what everybody thought was possible to this day. He is objectively one of the most gifted riders to ever touch a Fixed Gear bike.

Miguel acquired his first sponsor, Famli straps, in 2012 alongside his friend Samuel Rodriguez. This sponsor was short lived, and Miguel found himself on the Royal HC team a little over a year later. This would form his connection with Paul, the owner of Royal, and later on lead him to being the main team rider for Paul’s frame company, Anthem.

During this time, Miguel was also acquired by Suck My Cog and began filming for the full length video Young Guns. This video, which showcased young undiscovered talent in the Fixed Gear scene, put Miguel on the radar of the larger scene as he had the ending section with a large amount of bike control that few riders possessed.

In 2018, Miguel was put on the Master team as a late addition to the initial team. In 2021 and 2023 Miguel would be given signature colorways for the Hightek frame series, Aether Purple in 2021 and Clearest Blue in 2023.

After riding Fixed Gear only for years, Miguel tried BMX around 2017 to further his overall bike control and take the BMX tricks he learned back to a Fixed Gear. This is how he learned tailwhips and various grind tricks so well.
