Jamil Gray

BIO:

Jamil Gray is a former Pro FGFS rider from the LA area.

Rising the ranks with his good friend Michael Chacon and the rest of the Palms Cycle team, the two became well known in the local LA scene. Through Palms Cycle team videos, the pair gained more widespread fame and quickly landed on the Leader Bikes team together.

While Jamil and Chacon shared similar pro riding experiences, Jamil began to carve his own path when he left the Leader Bikes team for Unknown in 2011. At this point in time, he would be one of the only riders on the team still riding 700c wheels. Quickly after changing teams, he was one of the lucky few to be invited to the invite only Red Bull Ride + Style competition in April that same year. He was also invited to compete in Red Bull 2012 and 2013.

In 2012 Jamil laid lower on the bike, releasing his final solo video, and began his passion for streetwear with his brand The Established. Music and fashion overshadowed his riding at this point and while he still got out to ride occasionally, he phased out of serious riding.
