Devon Lawson

BIO:

Devon Lawson is a former FGFS pro from the NorCal area. One of his first appearances was a split edit in September 2011 for iMiNUSD alongside Matt Montoya, and only a month later he was announced on the Grime team with a solo edit. He was also added to the Sadio team in July 2012. Devon’s come up was extremely quick by most standards.

He quickly became known for his squeaky clean style, earning the nickname Always on Devon by his peers. He would go on to be involved in legendary videos and DVDs such as Shredwell 2, Can’t Fool The Youth 2, Word is Bond, and numerous Grime and Wheel Talk web videos. Not just his riding, but his personality often shined through in videos he was involved in.

In 2013 after Grime disbanded, Devon found himself on the prestigious SKYLMT team. After some appearances in videos and filming an edit for Premier Fits alongside Matt Reyes, Devon appeared to have left the bike behind in 2015. Aside from occasional features on the Wheel Talk blog on a track bike, he has not done tricks in a video since the Bangkok Bound trip edit.
